Omega shepherd produced WEIRD dogs!

My dog I purchased from them for a large sum is not normal. In personality or health.
I go to a certain vet only because she used to be a small German Shepherd breeder of show quality dogs. She has seen my dog way too many times since I got her last year and she has told me that this is not a "German Shepherd" and the breeder produced a very poor quality dog.
I felt the same way since day one, her personality was very off. I got her at 9 weeks of age, from day one she has acted strange.
Other than some abnormal mixed coloring in her fur and a deformity on her back end near her tail where there is a hump, she looks like a German Shepherd. She has big ears that stand straight up and a flat short coat.
However she has no personality traits of a German Shepherd at all. The weirdest of all is that she does not and seems to not be able to bark. She bays like a hound. NOT NORMAL GERMAN SHEPHERD BEHAVIOUR!!! She can't do a ruff ruff or a bark bark, she can only do a boooooooooouw boooooooouw noise as her bark. This is a hound trait not a german shepherd one. She hates all and any water, I have had 2 shepherds before her and known many others who love being in the water and swimming. She does not.
She acts like some kind of spastic mutt. She is VERY friendly almost too friendly, but really hyper and nervous at the same time. When I first got her I thought she was sick because she was constantly whimpering and crying. That even after multiple trainers has not stopped. If she is not baying like a hound she is whimpering and carrying on which makes spending time with her almost miserable. The trainers feel that she is an expressive dog, and the whimpering is not her crying or being uncomfortable or in pain. Because she does it when she plays, eats and greets people. It is her expressing her excitment which is probably a trait she picked up from one of her parents and near impossible to break because she is not very trainable and seems like she may have some type of mental dissorder. I have had one vet who wanted to put her on medication but I refused. I make sure she gets plenty of stimulation through running, playing and training. Though due to her personality training has not been easy at all.
She also has numerous health issues. She has some joint and bone issues and she gets diarrhea on a regular basis and neither I nor any vets can figure out why, it is not allergies, bacteria or paricite infections. She has been tested for diabetes as well. They have concluded that she has irratble bowel syndrome and there is nothing I can do about it except deal with cleaning up diarrhea from my carpets, car, her bed etc for the rest of her life. It is a scary thought.
Do I want to be giving her daily baths, cleaning up diarrhea and replacing her bed and my carpets on a regular basis? I tried dog diapers but the diarrhea will just smear all over her back end and leak out of the diaper anyway. Not to mention beside the diarrhea she does not have the greatest personality.
It has been hard to really bond with her because I am constantly cleaning up diarrhea or dealing with her insane personality. Spending hundreds of dollars on vet bills and trainers... but when I think about it I have to ask myself... for what? A dog I paid $2500 for and will be dishing out thousands for the rest of her life?
Then I sit back and take a breath and remind myself that it is not her fault. She needs me, If I ever sent her back to Omega Shepherds she would probably be abused and they would breed her causing more bad dogs. It is not her fault that these people are monsters and should be shut down. Buyers, truly beware!
